A family story...

It all began in 2011, when Éric, owner of Poulet Frit Maniaque on boulevard Gréber, opened a chip stand in Aylmer and decided to add a few chicken pieces from the Poulet Frit Maniaque franchise to the menu to test their popularity. To his surprise, not only did the products sell out quickly, but customers became true “maniacs” of this new fried chicken recipe. Building on this success and several years' experience with his snack bar, Éric then had the idea of opening a restaurant entirely dedicated to the Poulet Frit Maniaque franchise products. And so, in March 2017, accompanied by his family, he made this project a reality by opening the doors at 456 Boulevard Gréber, inaugurating the first and only “Restaurant Maniaque” in the Outaouais region, still to this day.

How do I apply for a job at Poulet Frit Maniaque?

It's very simple! We invite you to come directly to our restaurant, located at 456, boulevard Gréber, between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. during weekdays, with your CV. We prefer face-to-face meetings, and prefer to receive a printed CV. For this reason, we cannot accept applications sent by e-mail.
